It is with great pleasure that we invite you to take part as an exhibitor in the 59th ERSA Congress
An outstanding programme ensured by Keynote Speakers, exciting parallel sessions including high-level quality presentations by top-level scientists and promising young researchers, Policy sessions with the participation of Public Sector Institutions such as the European Commission and the OECD. All this contributing to give added value to this unique international platform dedicated to regional science.
This is, for sure, an ideal platform to keep up to date, exchange ideas, and showcase your products, Services or Projects to Congress participants from all over the world.
In line with this year's Congress theme "Cities, regions and digital transformations: Opportunities, risks and challenges", we welcome, in addition to publishing companies, exhibitors wanting to exchange on digital solutions, innovations, ... in connection with urban/regional development and socio economics.

Exhibition space is limited and will be secured on a first come basis.
PRICING POLICY
ERSA pricing structure aims to enable all organizations the opportunity to take part in ERSA congress by offering:
- Reduced rate: applicable for publishers and non-profit organizations.
- Full rate: applicable for other organizations, including start-ups, public bodies, government and academic institutions
- Loyalty rate: for last year exhibitors at the 58th ERSA Congress in Cork (IRL) .

The Exhibitor stand rate includes:
- Exhibition space (+/- 4sqm) with 1 table (100cmX200cm)
- Electrical package and WiFi provided
- Name of your organization and contact details in the Congress booklet
- Display of your corporate logo and hyperlink in the exhibitors'list posted on the congress website in due time
- One complimentary Congress registration including all social events: Welcome Reception, Get-together party, Let's play together party (limited access) and Official Dinner. Additional Exhibitor/Congress registration at the advantageous rate of 150 euros.
Poster zone opportunities (to be confirmed)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the ERSA Congress Secretariat.
Before July 21st, 2019: 50% (less applicable bank charges) of the paid fees will be refunded.
No refund will be applied to cancellations made after July 21st, 2019.
